This plant is an environmentally friendly, residue-free processing of municipal sewage sludge into a mineral-organic fertilizer called "AgriElite Soil Pill" for a sustainable circular economy.


In this plant, the latest environmental regulations of the EU and Germany were taken into account, which requires emissions and residue-free recycling.
The final product, the sewage sludge ash, goes into the fertilizer production as fertilizer granules which can be applied to agricultural land by hand or with any conventional agricultural machinery analogous to mineral fertilizers.

The energetic advantage of the system:


1. The modular system processes 500 kg of KS sludge per hour (per unit)
2. The system works 24 hours a day
3. It produces 500 KW of thermal power, which can also be converted into hot water or cold via an additional container
4. The incineration takes place according to the sewage sludge regulation in Germany at over 850 °C in our plant at over 1000 °C
5. Harmful dioxins or other toxic gases are not produced as the exhaust gases are subjected to a "scrubbing".
6. The system works with 75% - 80% sewage sludge with a TS (dry matter) of 25%, minimal drainage effort and 15% - 25% wood chips
7. If the system is in operation, it runs by itself due to the exhaust gas temperature of 1020 °C.
8. No natural gas or petroleum is required for a launch.
9. The system has an extensive DDC control, which regulates the system fully automatically.
10. The components and wear parts are available in almost every country, which means independence in maintenance and service.
11. If all structural requirements such as concrete foundations etc. have been set up, the container system can be operational in 4 weeks.
12. It is a 100% closed system, so there is zero odor nuisance.
13. The system is particularly suitable in the areas of energy supply of apartments, hospitals, hotels, factories that require technological heat or cold
The generated heat or cold energy for air conditioning should be taken 24 hours around the clock.
If this is not possible, the system can be equipped with a water tank (buffer tank), which absorbs the heat quantity.
14. It is a "modular system, where you are able to connect several units together to increase capacity.
15. The KS reservoir (sewage sludge reservoir) should be large enough to last at least 48 - 72 hours.
16. Palm waste, palm trunks, etc. can be used as wood chips in Vietnam.
17. Space requirement for 1 unit approx. 1000 m² (25 m x 45 m)xt and edit me. It's easy.
