Sanitation - No Antibiotics

Updated: Sep 14, 2022

We have developed a biological and sustainable way to sanitize the barns and decrease the CO2 footprint

Our Agrivari system improves the stable climate and promotes the health of the animals.

The staff also stays healthy thanks to the drastic improvement in the barn climate and the elimination of animal diseases. ( No lung diseases or infections)

Our special zeolite is ionized in a special mill and inoculated with our microorganisms. As a result, it can be used as an animal feed additive or as stable bedding for chickens, piglets and calves.

On the one hand, it has the task of binding the free radicals and NH4 in the digestive tract of the animal and at the same time preventing diarrheal diseases. It significantly lowers the mortality rate by up to 10%.

Protective Creme

On this basis, we have also developed a nourishing animal cream that treats inflammation and allows wounds to heal faster. It disinfects the wound site and can increase hoof strength.

Inflammation of Udders

Our nourishing udder cream eliminates the inflammation of the udder within 48 hours.

Unlike purchasing antibiotics, the milk doesn't have to be thrown away for days afterwards. It improves udder health, and you can save yourself the high costs of a doctor's visit.

Nitrogen storage

Our zeolite stable bedding can be produced in different grain sizes. It binds moisture and ammonia in the faeces, reducing NH4 by up to 86%. It improves the barn climate and eliminates the strong smell. The microorganisms store the nitrogen, making the faeces a very efficient source of fertilizer.

Protection against nitrogen losses

The lattice structure enables the mineral to work as an ion exchanger.

In particular, ammonium ions NH4 are primarily bound and released back to the plants in the soil.

The bacterial balance is brought back into balance.

Habitat for microorganisms

The spatial structure allows the bacteria an optimal habitat.

It has high resistance to aggressive media.

The bedding and the faeces contain a high concentration of nitrogen, which could flow into our fertilizer production as a raw material.
